Personal counselling – Is for people who are experiencing difficulties in their lives such as trama, abuse, depression, anxiety, anger, self-harm, grief, loss and crisis support.
Relationship/Couple counselling – Provides a safe space for couples who experience family crisis, parenting, financial, emotional sexual or communication difficulties a safe space to explore and resolve these issues.
Addiction counselling – Supports clients and families to make and sustain change in their lives with issues such as gambling, drug and alcohol misuse.

Confidentially is recognised as a vital basis for such a relationship. The practioner respects the clients values personal resources and capacity for self determination. Counselling and psychotherapy are formal activities where both parties explicitly agree to contract about participation and procedure”
